What is Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA)?

SDA is specialist housing for eligible NDIS participants with extreme functional impairment or very high support needs. Funding depends on an individual NDIS decision and approved SDA support. Participants also pay a reasonable rent contribution and everyday living costs; daily personal support is separate from SDA.

The NDIS evaluates your needs comprehensively to decide if SDA is the most suitable housing option. They consider how SDA aligns with your goals, promotes independence, enhances social engagement, and provides lasting benefits. Contact us and we can help assess your situation.

What types of SDA housing are available?

SDA is divided into four design classifications: High Physical Support, Improved Liveability, Robust, and Fully Accessible. We offer properties across all four categories throughout Melbourne's growing suburbs.

How do investors earn returns through SDA?

SDA property income depends on eligible participant funding, occupancy and commercial agreements. Net returns also depend on purchase, finance, maintenance and management costs. Returns and occupancy are not guaranteed by Anchor Capital, the NDIA or the Australian Government. Seek independent financial and legal advice before investing.
